First of all, the customer support was excellent. They helped me with every question and issue I had.
I got this keyboard as part of a great deal, and it has exceeded my expectations. The switches feel great, there's a convenient slot for my phone, multiple connectivity options, and the overall build quality is impressive.
The keyboard is very thick, causing your hands to flex more or use a hand pad, which I hate.
The keyboard came with one of they keys not working, which happened to be part of my password. Started working after some sharking, tapping, and blowing.
The keys are soft but are constantly multi-typing. I keep having to fix my spelling due to double and triple letters.
They keys are also very tall. Together with the thick keyboard, this causes you to make more exaggerated motions while typing, making the whole thing very uncomfortable.
